Bee Local Honey was founded by Damian Magista in 2011 after discovering that hives in different neighborhoods in his hometown of Portland, Oregon produce honey with a distinctive flavor. He recently added smoked honey to the line-up, producing a honey with a more intense and bold flavor profile.
