Chantal Coady founded Rococo Chocolates in London, England, in 1983. Through their motto ‘Pleasure and Provenance’, Chantal and the rest of the company have been changing the way people view chocolate ever since. Rococo focuses on the provenance of their ingredients, using organic whenever possible. They own a cocoa farm in Grenada and work very closely with the Grenada Chocolate Company to make fantastic chocolate.
