Our founder, Julie Rosenberg, grew up in the Midwest in a family that loved to eat and cook! She followed her passion for cooking and food through culinary school and eventually landed in NYC. Julie gained valuable experience working for some of the best chefs and restauranteurs in the world, including Daniel Boulud, Danny Meyer and Thomas Keller. After spending time in the kitchen and the dining room Julie realized she not only loves eating and cooking but also sharing these passions with others. Julie’s Beet is a way to continue to sharing these loves with a larger audience.
