D.A.T. Sauce Chicken Tenders
Makes 4 appetizer servings
D.a.T. Sauce to your liking
2 eggs, beaten
1 pack butter round crackers, crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
-Preheat oven to 375°F.
-Place eggs and cracker crumbs in to two separate bowls; mix seasoning with cracker crumbs.
-Coat chicken with eggs and then transfer to cracker crumbs. Coat entirely with cracker crumbs. This works best doing a few pieces at a time.
-Arrange coated chicken pieces on a greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until no longer pink on the inside.
-Serve with D.a.T. Sauce as a dipping sauce.
