Deviled Eggs with La Boîte Izak N.37 and Rick’s Picks Hotties
Makes 6 to 8 Appetizer Servings
4 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons La Boîte Izak N.37
Rick’s Picks Hotties
-Cut hard boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolk center. Arrange egg whites with the yolk side up.
-Combine hard-cooked egg yolks, mayonnaise & La Boîte Izak N.37 in a bowl. Mash the ingredients together to create a paste-like consistency. Add salt to taste(we like Jacobsen Salt Co. Kosher Salt)
-Put egg yolk mixture back into egg whites to fill the hole where the yolk was.
-Top with a sprinkle of La Boîte Izak N.37 and garnish with a slice of Rick’s Picks Hotties
