Chantal Coady founded Rococo Chocolates in London, England, in 1983. Through their motto ‘Pleasure and Provenance’, Chantal and the rest of the company has been changing the way people view chocolate ever since. Rococo focuses on the provenance of their ingredients, using organic whenever possible. They own a cocoa farm in Grenada and work very closely with the Grenada Chocolate Company to make fantastic chocolate.
Rococo Chocolates is very well known in the United Kingdom. Chantal Coady was recognized in 2014 for her achievements in the chocolate industry by the Queen of England, receiving an OBE (Order of the British Empire) in the Queen’s Birthday Honors. We are very proud to bring chocolate fit for a queen to the USA.
I had the pleasure of working for Rococo Chocolates while living in London. I learned a lot about making chocolate (and eating it) during my time with the company. When I returned to New York, I realized there is nothing quite like it offered here. With flavors like Basil & Persian Lime Dark Chocolate and Cardamom White Chocolate you will definitely notice the difference in the taste. My favorite is the Sea Salt Milk Chocolate and with the variety of flavors I am sure you will find your favorite too.
