Spiced Bloody Marys and Beyond

La Boîte Bloody Mary

Ingredients

4 oz. Tomato Juice

1 ½ oz. Vodka

¼ oz. Lemon Juice

¼ oz. Lime Juice

¼ oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

½ teaspoon Gold’s Horseradish

½ teaspoon B-Mary Spice Blend

¼ teaspoon Cholula Hot Sauce

Method

-Build ingredients in a mixing glass, then fill with ice

-Roll, then fine strain into a chilled pint glass filled with ice

-Garnish with a celery stalk

 

La Boîte Bloody Maria

Ingedients

4 oz. Tomato Juice

1 ½ oz Blanco Tequila

¼ oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

¼ oz. Lime Juice

¼ oz. Grapefruit Juice

½ teaspoon B-Maria Spice Blend

½ teaspoon Gold’s Horseradish

½ teaspoon Tabasco Chipotle Hot Sauce

Method

-Build ingredients in a mixing glass, then fill with ice

-Roll with ice, then fine strain into a chilled Collins glass

-Garnish with pickled tomatillos

 

La Boîte Bloody Marlene

Ingredients

4 oz. Tomato Juice

1 ½ oz. Gin

¼ oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

¼ oz. Lemon Juice

½ teaspoon B-Marlene Spice Blend

½ teaspoon Pickled Wasabi

¼ teaspoon Cholula Hot Sauce

Method

-Build ingredients in a mixing glass, then fill with ice

-Roll with ice, then fine strain into a chilled Collins glass

-Garnish with a lime wedge

 

La Boîte Bloody Marion

Ingredients:

4 oz. Tomato Juice

1 ½ oz Aquavit

¼ oz Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

¼ oz Lemon Juice

¼ oz Orange Juice

½ teaspoon B-Marion Spice Blend

½ teaspoon Gold’s Horseradish

¼ teaspoon Cholula Hot Sauce

1/8 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Method:

-Build in a mixing glass then fill with ice

-Roll with ice, then fine strain into a chilled Collins glass

-Garish with a dill pickle spear
