Spring Pea Salad with Farmhouse Lab Sunny Avocado Dressing
Makes 6-8 servings
4 cups Mixed Greens
1 Greenhouse Cucumber, sliced thin
2 Avocados, cut into wedges
3 Radishes, sliced thin
1 cup fresh Peas, blanched
1 block Feta Cheese, cut into cubes
Salt and Pepper, to taste
-Arranged greens on a large platter.
-Scatter the cucumber, avocado, peas, radishes & feta over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
-Serve with Farmhouse Lab Sunny Avocado Dressing
